Tamar Tandashvili (born 1973 in Tbilisi)studied literary sciences and psychology. She publishes a popular blog and works as a psychologist and activist, particularly for women’s and sexual minority rights. Snowstorm of Orange Dandelions (2016) was her first novel to be translated into German, and in 2017 Materikon was released in Georgia, spawning an intense debate.
