Hans-Christian Radenbach has been leading the training of chefs at the Berufskolleg for several years and will introduce the culinary specialities of this year's host country on this evening.


GEORGIAN KITCHEN
Georgia is a country favored by the sun and this fact influences the Georgian kitchen. Fresh vegetables with extraordinary spices mean a culinary experience. Meals are often celebrated in Georgia as there are of lot of different menu courses. There are appetizer, meat and fish usually baked in dough and different sweet creations as a dessert. Aubergine slices are served with nut butter and desserts are often prepared with delicious honey. Enjoying the Georgian cuisine means to be spoilt and it is anything else than fast food. Eating means a pure pleasure, crowned with a glass of wine.
