The play is a mixture of a fairy tale and a documentary theatre and examines the contemporary scene in a mythical cross-section where you meet a cruel queen and strip - teaser from a provincial town both posing in front of the magic mirror. Some in Georgia still believe in the existence of ancient, mythical characters and keep a trunk where their ancestor trapped “Chinka”, a mythical animal. In mountainous villages you will still be shown a cliff carved by a mythical character or a lake where a blind goliath’s surfaced blood net trapped a hero. Characters in the play keep changing their faces and acquire more than one self: a chorus becomes an orphan girl, a king turns into a baker and a city into a dragon. Protagonists’ stream of consciousness at times serves as a bridge to link stories and at other times as a crossroad, where they stand indecisive about which path to take. The play incorporates century-old recorded fairy tales: "The Soil Takes Its Toll", "The Queen Who Gave Birth to a Snake and Dead by Day".
